Kurdish Dictionary Glosses is developed and operated by haey ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the Kurdish Dictionary Glosses mobile application ("the App").

The App stores a small amount of information locally so it can remember your preferences and work smoothly. This may include:
This information is stored locally on your device using platform storage such as shared preferences and temporary files. We do not operate a user account system for this App, and this local information is not sent to a haey server.
The App includes bundled offline dictionary data. Most dictionary lookup behavior is designed to work from data included with the App or cached on your device.
Clearing app data or uninstalling the App may remove locally stored preferences, recent searches, cache entries, and temporary files.
The App may make limited online requests when an online feature is used or available. For example, it may request pronunciation information or audio from Wiktionary/Wikimedia services. If an online request is made, the external service may receive technical information such as your IP address, device/browser network details, the requested word or page, and the time of the request.
Those external services are not controlled by us. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies.
The App includes optional voice input. Voice input uses the speech recognition capabilities provided by your device or operating system. We do not store recordings on our servers. Depending on your device, operating system, and speech recognition settings, your speech may be processed by Apple, Google, Microsoft, or another platform provider.
You can avoid voice processing by not using the microphone button or by denying microphone/speech recognition permission in your device settings.
If you choose to share a dictionary entry, the App may create a temporary share image or text payload and pass it to your device's share sheet. The destination you choose, such as a messaging app or social network, is responsible for how it handles the shared content.
The App does not include advertising tracking, behavioral analytics, or third-party marketing SDKs. We do not sell personal data.
The App is a general dictionary and language-learning tool. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
